OK, I’ll go first…you’re never too old to start TKD. The secret is to let your body tell you how fast to proceed. If you train regularly at a sensible pace, you will begin to notice important changes within a short time. You can expect some aches and pains at first – they will eventually go away. Surprisingly, a lot of aches and pains actually improve with regular TKD training. I have osteoarthritis of the spine in my neck and I NEED to train to avoid chronic pain. Besides, it’s fun and you get to meet a wide variety of interesting people of all ages. A friend of mine is still training at 80 years of age!!! A small group of us train at noon on Tuesday and Thursday. Why don’t you join us?

I don’t see or talk to him often, but I know he is making a positive differance in people’s lives, and doing something he loves and has passion for.
I have always respected him and admired him for the way he lived his life and took on challenges that he faced.
I don’t get to tell him often, but I am very proud of my brother, Master Bell.
